Wedding & Events

  • You must have a wedding planner. With the complete package, we will be your planner and work with you to select trusted vendors. If you choose the DIY package, you will need to hire an external wedding planner to arrange vendors. Please refer to our packages for more details.

  • Yes, events will conclude by 10pm, and guests are kindly asked to depart by 11pm to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

  • This will not be a legal ceremony. You will need to arrange your legal marriage licence externally, either through the courthouse or a registrar.

  • Our wedding venue can accomodate approximately 20 guests.

    Our Villa can host 8 guests.

Accomodation

  • Yes, we can assist in arranging accommodation for additional guests, from nearby apartments to hotels, ensuring a comfortable stay close to the venue. We can also help organise transportation to and from the venue for added convenience.

  • We offer a range of food options. Continental breakfast is included with accommodation. Additional meals can be arranged upon request.

  • We can arrange reliable transfers to and from the venue, ensuring everyone arrives on time and enjoys a seamless experience. Options available for private cars, shuttles, and group transport.

  • We are committed to sustainability without compromising on luxury and beauty. Our venue proudly integrates eco-friendly practices, including the use of energy-efficient lighting, limited plastic and waste, and sourcing locally seasonal food, florists, and fauna. We also prioritise using majority solar energy and eliminate disposable products to minimise our environmental footprint. Additionally, we encourage our couples to consider environmentally conscious options when planning their wedding, ensuring a beautiful and sustainable celebration.

Food & Drink

  • With our DIY package, your wedding planner will be responsible for arranging caterers. Otherwise, we can work with you to find a suitable catering team.

  • Yes, if you choose our complete package, we will collaborate with you and our selected catering team to create a custom menu tailored to your preferences. With our DIY package, it is up to you and your wedding planner.

  • Yes, we offer comprehensive on-site bar services. You can choose from options like unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks, drinks calculated per head, or spirits bar packages. We do not permit external bar catering.

  • No, we do not allow BYO alcohol. For all weddings, our on-site bar is the sole supplier, and the selection will depend on which bar package you choose.

Booking & Policies

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we’re here to help. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the next steps. Keep in mind that cancellation terms depend on when you notify us and what services have been booked.

  • We will do our best to accommodate a new date if you need to reschedule, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling may incur additional fees, and any price changes with vendors must be covered by you.

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your wedding date and secure your booking with us. This deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

  • We accept the deposits via bank transfer. For other payments, vendors typically require cash on the day.
